Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Magna Legal Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep its growing recruiting team organized, from the first interview invite through a new hire's first day.

What you'll do

• Coordinate virtual interviews across multiple business units and manage complex interview calendars
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Lever) and keep candidates moving cleanly through each recruiting stage
• Post and manage job ads across internal and external job boards
• Coordinate pre-employment steps like background checks, reference checks, and offer paperwork
• Track recruiting metrics such as interview volume, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate
• Support hiring managers with scheduling and help run recruiting events and university recruiting initiatives

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree and a genuine interest in talent acquisition
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a related field — recent grads with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn recruiting tools, especially applicant tracking systems like Lever
• Excellent organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a strong customer-service mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Zoom
